The interns will also get the chance to meet Tenso Network Members and attend all day long sessions delivered by Tido Visser and Jenni Reinecke.

Tido Visser is a visionary arts leader with a distinguished career in the performing arts. Since 2013, he has played a transformative role at the Netherlands Chamber Choir, first as General and Artistic Director and now as Artistic Director. Under his leadership, the choir expanded its artistic reach and financial sustainability, growing its annual subsidy budget and tripling its audience numbers. Tido is renowned for creating innovative, interdisciplinary projects such as 150 Psalms, Van Gogh in Me, and Forgotten, which have toured internationally and garnered critical acclaim. A passionate advocate for nurturing talent, he founded NKK NXT, a groundbreaking traineeship program empowering young professionals to redefine choral music. With a rich background as a performer, educator, and arts policy contributor, Tido combines artistic excellence with strategic insight, continuously pushing the boundaries of the cultural sector.

Jenni Reinecke studied voice with Gerhild Romberger and Manuel Lange in Detmold and holds degrees in singing, pedagogy, and piano, with additional training in conducting.

Drawing on experience as both a singer and conductor, she helps build, establish and sustain choirs of highly skilled musicians while fostering a culture of joy under professional pressures.

The best musical results come from merging youthful joy with mature musicianship. For mezzo-soprano and coach Jenni Reineke, this balance is essential. She has performed for over a decade with leading ensembles such as Cappella Amsterdam, Nederlands Kamerkoor, ChorWerk Ruhr, and the Zürcher Sing-Akademie, touring across Europe, Taiwan, China, and South America. As a soloist, she specializes in concert performance, art song, and chamber music. A finalist in the International Competition for Lied of the 20th and 21st Centuries in Karlsruhe, she released her debut album escape into the beautiful in 2019.

Since 2020, she has coached leaders in the professional choral field, working with individuals, teams, and organizations such as TENSO Network Europe, the European Choral Association, Festival Leading Voices, and chor.com.

Re-CONNECT

Re:CONNECT will serve as the culminating conference of the Tenso CONNECT project, bringing together emerging choral professionals, established artistic leaders, and Tenso Network Europe member organizations in Ankara, Türkiye in November 2025. The conference creates a vital space for reflection, dialogue, and connection, transforming individual internship experiences into collective learning and building sustainable networks across Europe's professional choral sector.
